The agenda for the meeting, along with a copy of the 2015-2016 financial report, Constitution, and 2015 AGM minutes, can be found here. Reports from the Executive will be published at this link one week prior to the AGM.

Elections
The agenda document outlines the Executive's recommended positions to be opened for the 2016-2017 Executive along with the three constitutionally-mandated director positions (President, Secretary and Treasurer).
In order to be eligible to be a member of the Executive, you must fulfill the general requirements of membership as well as being over 18 years of age. You do not need to be a member of the organisation prior to the AGM.
All nominations are called from the floor. However, in order to make the process as smooth as possible, it would be appreciated if candidates register their interest with the Returning Officer Benjamin Gibbons, at [email protected], prior to the AGM.
Members may delegate their vote to another member by proxy. Per Rule 60 of the Constitution, a member may only be delegated one other member's vote. In order for this delegation to be accepted by the Returning Officer, the Returning Officer must be notified of the member's intent to delegate their vote at[email protected] prior to the AGM.
