Notice of Special General Meeting to be held 20.02.2014

The Brisbane Girls Debating Association will be holding a Special General Meeting (SGM) to vote on a large number of constitutional amendments and elect a new Secretary. We will also be holding an information session after the vote for interested schools, teachers and adjudicators.  If you are interested in participating in the BGDA competition in any of those capacities you are encouraged to attend.

When: Thursday 20 February, 2014
Time: 6pm
Where: Brisbane Girls Grammar School - Bain Staff Centre (Top floor)
Who: Adjudicators, staff, graduating students, parents and friends of the Brisbane Girls Debating Association

All members of the BGDA will be able to vote in the SGM. This includes but is not limited to:

a) Executive members
b) School representatives
c) Adjudicators (who have participated the past 12months)

The proposed constitutional changes are detailed in the attached document which includes Editors notes.
