After five rounds of fierce and exciting debates covering a broad range of topics, three school teams emerged victorious to take the Bridgestone Select Trophy for their respective Year level. Stuartholme School took out the Year 12 Shield, Brisbane State Highschool was victorious in the Year 11 round and All Hallows School claimed the Year 10 Trophy. The Brisbane Girls Debating Executive would like to congratulate each and every student that participated in the 2012 competition for their enthusiasm and participation. We hope to see many of you next year and look forward to fostering a new generation of strong, able-minded female debaters.
